| On February 23, 2006, I received notice that I had been awarded a very generous Lilly Endowment Teacher Creativity Fellowship. My fellowship project will involve apprenticing with professional glass artists and taking classes in glass techniques throughout the next year; then bringing my acquired experiences to the students at South Ripley Elementary School in Versailles, IN. These efforts will result in the construction and installation of several glass artworks in the South Ripley Elementary building. See a Press Release. Learn more about the Lilly Endowment.
